- 단백질 구조 정보를 입력하여 MHC strong binding strength 와 immunogenicity를 모두 예측합니다.
DeepNeo-BCR
- DeepNeo-BCR은 대규모 사람 B 세포 수용체 서열을 수집하여 가장 중요한 클론들을 추출하고 somatic hypermutation 데이터를 반영하여 모델링합니다.
- 단백질 구조 정보를 입력하여 peptide와 B 세포 수용체 간의 결합을 예측하는 모델(DeepNeo-BCR)을 구축합니다.
